A number of clients have complained about being confused by domain name renewal invoices received from Domain Renewal Group.

Similar invoices have been know to originate from other companies some of which have been brought to the attention of the ACCC.

In some cases clients have paid these invoices not realising that it requires a transfer of registrar for their domain name and then been unable to get a refund when they discover the mistake.

Please Note: you should not pay these invoices unless you wish to transfer your account to another registrar. All our clients domain name renewals are managed by us and you should only pay against an invoice received from Net Maintain on a Net Maintain letterhead if you wish your services to continue uninterrupted.
